I figured out the solution on this.  The same user logging into the PCC was trying to kill their own session.  You must log into the PCC as another user with Admin rights to delete your own session.

Totally agree, but sometimes the application that opened the session crashes leaving the SQL session open that causes problem on the database.  You don't always have that luxury.

I just realized that the components build version is 10.31.037 for the hot fix.  Does that confirm that the install for 10.31.044 was successfully?

This confirms that I am running 10.31.037.  Any idea how / why the Pervasive database is not update to 10.31.044 after applying the patch?
