V10 WG is installed as a service to new Win2003 server (SBS) and the engine is loaded and the Function executor can open the data files used by the application but the app itself is returning status 20.  No clients connected as of yet; this is all on the server itself, logged in as administrator.

Only time you would see a status 20 is with old components.  Make sure that there aren't any Btrieve components in the application directory.  

Also, make sure the Pervasive BIN directory is in the system path.
