    VirtualAlloc(lstnBuf) error=8, Running PSQL Server 10

I am running Windows Vista Sp1 and PSQL 10.01 Update 3 Server 6 User Licence.

We are currently getting the following error in the PVSW.LOG VirtualAlloc(lstnBuf) error=8.  Then when we use the Control Center we get error 7004 General Failure. Our software uses the ActiveX Components and we get error 35.

We have set the Max memory Usage  60, 50, and Finally 30. and this did not make a difference, I have Installed the Latest Version of Version 10, Update 3 and this did not help either, Any ideas would be a Great help?

Our last option is to downgrade the customer to workgroup as I do not have any problems with the workgroup version.

    Re: VirtualAlloc(lstnBuf) error=8, Running PSQL Server 10

ID: 00016545 - Pvsw.log has errors referencing VirtualAlloc()
Description:    Pvsw.log has errors referencing VirtualAlloc(), VirtualAlloc(lstnBuf) error=8
    Environment:    Pervasive.SQL V8 Windows NT/2000 Pervasive.SQL V8 WG
Cause:    VirtualAlloc errors mean that the Pervasive engine was attempting to allocate memory from the operating system and was unable to. Some memory is allocated at startup time such as for the cache, other on as needed basis for file handles or client sessions.    Error=8 is the error message returned from Windows meaning not enough storage is available to process this command, or insufficient memory.
Solution:    If the error occurs at startup time, this most likely suggests that the cache allocation memory was being reserved and failed. To resolve that, reduce the cache allocation size in the Pervasive configuration utility. If the error occurs at a later time, increase the available memory space by reducing Max MicroKernel Memory Usage setting in the Configuration utility.
