Not a whole lot to go on there.  What's happening when this occurs?  Is there anything in the PVSW.LOG?

It occurs today at use of exclusively one program.
But it works 24 hours a day and was updated in February 2012.

Re: faulting module w3mkde.dll on 9.71.10.0

The SPX and NETBIOS errors can be eliminated by disabling these protocols, no big deal there.  It appears, though, that you have one or more damaged or corrupted files, and you should repair them using the Recovery Process:
        http://www.goldstarsoftware.com/papers/BtrieveDataFileMaintenance.pdf

It is hard to say if these errors are being caused by the crashes, or whether the errors caused the crashes, but the files must be fixed first.

Many thanks that so quickly responded!
All business was in eset NOD 32 :(
It blocked sent files and caused a mistake.
    The question is removed!
