    Monitor Bug? Or expected operation?

If I start Monitor and connect to a PSQLv10 server (or 11, or v9) by providing ONLY the server name (and no username info), I get an error when I try to access the "Active Users" screen.  This is expected.

However, if I do the exact same thing and connect with an IP address instead of a server name, I *CAN* see the Active Users screen.

    What is the difference?

I never tried it with an IP address, but run NET USE and delete the any connections to the server and then re-try it.

Interesting.  If you're not already on a server, you can see the Active Users, but if you DO have a drive mapped to the server, you can't?

Here's the next question:  SHOULD you be able to see users on a system that you don't log into?
