    Is there any sample code for reading and writing the .DAT files (PSQl v10)  using Btrieve in C#?
    Can I use Btrieve API with C# and how?
    Where are the code examples for C#?

     There is a sample at the C# section of the Pervasive Developer Center.  Also, there is a sample called "C# and Btrieve Sample#1".  That should help you get started.
