I know that Pervasive is feverishly working on the v10.10 update (Service Pack 1), and they hope to be able to release it soon. However, no final release date has been announced, to the best of my knowledge. My own guesstimate is that it should be out in the next month, and I have advised one of my own customers to push a planned upgrade from June to July to ensure adequate time for testing the new release. If it slips, though, we may still end up rolling out Update 3 in production...
