    Java / Linux

I am having trouble running a Java application using the PSQL Java Class Library on a Red Hat Server.

When I try to connect to the  dataset the message is:

Remapped Exception -> java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jnibtrv in java.library.path at pervasive.database.JNIBTRV.loadDLL(Unknown Source)

Even when I try to run the Pvideo sample shows the message shown is "no jnibtrv in java.library.path".

Has anyone successfully run a JCL application on any linux server? I wonder whether it is supported or not.

    Thanks,

    Aruanda

    Re: Java / Linux

    Most likely an environment issue.

Are you attempting to run this as user psql? If not, you should try this first.

    note: use `su -l psql`
