This utility provides the following functions:
Configures the Pervasive PSQL v9 Workgroup Engine to be installed as a
service using either the Local System account or a pre-defined User
Account and also configures the local Pervasive Cache Engine (used by
the Workgroup Engine and Pervasive Client) to be configured as a
service as well. For Windows Vista users this provides the needed
functionality to allow the Workgroup Engine and Cache Engine to perform
without any additional modifications. Issues or defects can be reported
to Pervasive Support via email.
