I was sitting in a strategy meeting the other day discussing upcoming events, promotions and channel communications when I reflected on how we could better change the way we push communication and information out to the channel. In the emerging world of Web 2.0 and on demand technologies . . . what could we be doing better to provide the information that is vital to our partners and customers?
Today we provide typical means of communication: Electronic newsletters, Audios, Blog and RSS feeds. . But is this enough? Our statistics show that the Audio and Blogs are popular . . . but what else is needed?
Do we need more Flash, more Video, webinars, etc . . . feedback and thoughts would be appreciated.
